All Skintact products are handmade and made to order with care. Because of the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorect, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Incorrect Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately before your order is dispatched to correct it.
If the order has already been shipped, we cannot refund lost parcels due to an incorrect address.
Returns parcels (usually after about 14 working days) can be resent to the correct address at the customers expense.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
We use tracked shipping to minimise lost packages. We cover shipping costs for items lost or damaged due to our error. However, if the carrier delivers your package without issues, we are not responsible for reimbursement or replacement.
